About me
My name is Anna. I'm a dedicated, curious, silly (albeit hilarious at times) journalism and environmental studies double major at New York University. While this blog was at first a means for me to vent about life as a journalism student (think: Xanga), I've found many of the problems I face as a student have to do with journalism as an entire industry. While this might be a lot for a 21-year-old to tackle, I like to think I have a strong grasp of journalistic realities. Sometimes I post my own articles (prompted by the ever-pressing need to complete a class assignment, but still impressive, right?), but I usually discuss journalism and its future as an industry ruled by social media and readers' decreasing attention spans.
